How To Subscribe To Your Plan
Detailed below is the exact process to activate your subscription and unlock unlimited access. Please Note; this feature can only be accessed with an Administrator account. Follow the steps below;
1. Open the Menu: Log in to your SaleTick account on your mobile device and tap the hamburger menu icon.
2. Go To Dashboard: Scroll down and you will see a section labeled ‘Go To Dashboard,’ click on it.
3. Account Dashboard: Once you click on ‘Go to Dashboard,’ you will be redirected to a webpage called ‘Account Dashboard’ where a list of plans will appear.
4. Upgrade Now: Review the available plans listed above in the ‘Account Dashboard’ webpage to see their features and which one matches your business needs and then tap on ‘Upgrade Now.’
5. Continue With Paystack: After tapping on ‘Upgrade Now,’ you will need to click on ‘Continue With Paystack’ which will direct you to the payment method page.
6. Select Preferred Payment Method: Once you click on ‘Continue With Paystack,’ you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method.
